Every homeowner who contacts Electrictyrates Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Electrictyrates Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Electrictyrates Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Oregon.

After You Send It
You will get an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
